He also holds Series 7, 6, and 63 U.S. Government security licenses, underscoring his deep expertise in financial and regulatory matters. With over 25 years of professional experience, Eric's career has spanned critical sectors including finance, industrial operations, energy, and private equity. His diverse background encompasses financial strategy, complex project management, and data security, where he has developed a reputation for managing risk and optimizing asset performance.

Clay Perrault is a Canadian-born telecom and computing engineer with over 25 years of global business entrepreneurship who has founded over a dozen companies across North America, Asia, and the Middle East. He is known for being on the leading edge of many technology platforms spanning electronics, encryption, wireless telecoms, and orbital satellite technologies and has over 22 patents. He is a technology evangelist, always looking to leverage new concepts that can improve the safety, security, and health of modern society. Ongoing projects include orbital satellite platforms, wireless telecommunications, software development, encryption, blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, and industrial sensing. Clay's technology projects are complemented by his extensive experience in the board room, raising capital and successfully bringing companies onto public markets.

Sébastien is an entrepreneur and certified Scrum Product Owner with deep expertise in complex product management and development, business development, and client engagement. With over 20 years of experience, he combines strong commercial acumen with technical proficiency in applications development, crypto payment systems, blockchain development and AI. He holds a degree in Telecommunications and IT Engineering from Centrale-Supélec, one of France's leading engineering institutions recognized for its cutting-edge research and innovation, and a Postgrade in AI and Machine Learning from the McCombs Austin Texas university.

Kara Swider is an advisor at Renatus Advisors where she supports the firm's SPAC and M&A initiatives through deal sourcing, transaction diligence, and strategic analysis.
